its a great game imo

play at test level, easy mode is supposed to be easy you dunce, hence the name

the only thing that pisses me off is that, to the right field, off spinners are impossible to get runs off, and for some reason england always open their bowling with giles(or "galis" as he is known)

I like the way in Lara the CPU changes its fielding due to recent shots you play, good work of AI that..I still find the gaps though

a pull shot using the "o" button often generates spectacular sixes, especially with left handers facing right arm bowlers

trescothick(or "trascathick") is especially good at this

also note that shoaib akhtar, for example, bowls exactly how he does in real life

yeah they have proper motions for 6 or more bowlers in the game, read it on the official sites forum somewhere

I'm not moaning about the game being too hard. There doesn't seem to be any balance in the difficulty levels. I've tried playing on all the difficulty levels, and it seems as though the final score is already predetermined. For instance, I played Namibia and bowled them all out for 20 odd runs in 14 overs, but when I went to bat, they were bowling me out with nearly every ball, and I just did enough to win. Then this morning I played New Zealand, and they finished with a more realistic 159 for 5 after 20 overs. I thought with me averaging about 40 runs per game, i'd have no chance of turning this one around, but lo and behold, I then started hitting sixes nearly every shot, and managed to beat them easily, as if the result is set before you've played the match. Pity, lovely looking game, but piss poor gameplay.

Is there any way to bring the batsmen down the wicket? We only have the demo so have found out the moves by experimentation.

Its getting more unrealistic every second, give me good old cricket 2005.

I've just hit a gorgeous ton with Marcus Trescothick earlier, and England made 510-9 Dec, This took me ages. I don't give a shit about the bugs. Now i'm going to try bowl the Aussies out.
