The most recent Brian is he of the McKenna persuasion (Irish goalkeeper who conceded 4 in his only appearance against Middlesbrough in October 1990). That's the second time he's been mentioned on here in the last couple of weeks - spooky.

Agree and did wonder if we’d recall Sarmiento on 1st January when the transfer window opens for that very reason. I know you can only play for 2 clubs a season, but is there anything stopping us then loaning him back to his current side again on 30th Jan before the window ‘slams’ shut?
