I did get the impression that the defence was more panicky than usual, whether this was due to lack of confidence in Brezovan, the fact that Dunk was in for Greer or that Hull looked quite lively up front, I don't know. maybe a combination of all of this.

Combination of the lot, though the lack of confidence in Brez was obvious after the 2nd goal.

His confidence looked pretty good in the home game against Hull. And the games he played earlier that season. He didn't look particulalry confident for the Hull away game AFTER he made a mistake. Just like Kuzcack looked pretty poor for a few games earlier this season and last after making mistakes.

cant recall Kuszacks mistakes costing us goals. There have been moments where we've debated if he could of saved it but nothing 100%

Brez and Ank cost us time and time again. If you are lucky you get a run like we have just had of about 3 /4 games with nothing horrendous , but it is always going to happen

Birmingham away last season, dropped the ball into the net costing us 2 points, possibly the difference between us finishing 4th instead of 3rd. Could have been all so different.

If you include Ankergren's injury time fumble against Forest in March too where they equalised with a minute left to go and we dropped 2 points. That would have seen us finishing in 2nd place on goal difference.

Similarly, yes. Puts Brezovans cock-up on Monday into perspective - mistakes by the other 2 keepers possibly cost us promotion, which is bigger than a Quarter Final we would have lost anyway.

The same thing I said about Kooshack up at Birmingham. Was a totally shit day too. Cold, snowing, dull (the weather and Birmingham itself), travel was screwed because of the weather, then that happened.
