Trouble is when we do leave you all alone in your vortex of misery the whining gets even more intense .. Good to see such a spirited response even if it doesn't quite live up to the challenge I set of bringing your (collective) A game to the table ('hairy arse', 'cesspit', and '5th column').

It's not weakness to concede the occasional point. So of course I've rather stereotyped the contrast between us lot and you lot in terms of the substantive content we bring to the table. But, come on, there's an imbalance - if only because there's inevitably gong to be more news coverage of the consequences of the Brexit roll-out. Even Gove accepts 'bumps in the road'. Our lot would say the are more than bumps, we signalled them early etc etc.

Anyway, I'll make 2 concessions

1, I am not convinced that you have multiple accounts, if only because I can't see why anyone would want them. So I'll add that even if you have, I'm not bothered.
2. Sprinkled in your tranche of posts over the years, you have raised some valid debating points. They do tend to get rather lost amid the invective, but fair play you fight your corner.

But I'll raise one specific example of where I think the Brexiteers could - but don't - make a substantive point to support their case. I'm, like even most Remainers perhaps, am not a fan of the CAP. I'm also a bit of a Green. So I quite warm towards Gove's vision of a greener agri policy that doesn't reward over-production and throwing millions of quid to rich land-owners. This could be a benefit of Brexit. Its exactly the sort of thing that some of us have been expecting to see you come up with. But, no, where we get is 'hairy arse', '5th columnists' and the oft-repeated 'move on'..

PS I promise that if you do strategically withdraw from the thread that I will not resort to playground chants of 'where have all the Brexit gang gone'. But, hey, if you moved on, you wouldn't see these anyway.
