The view is so simplistics it hurts. Are unemployed people in Cornwall (for example) going to be trained up to be become carers in nursing homes and then moved across the country (to Lincolnshire let's say) to fill a vacancy? At what cost? And how?

Post- mortem is gonna drag on, so poor old honesty is going to take some time to be cremated/buried. Maybe its ashes can be sprinkled amongst all of us, as we are clearly culpable for this state of affairs. We had our chance but were too bloody lazy and apathetic to do anything about. Its too late now for people to gripe about the pathetic state of politics, when we had our chance to drain the swamp and make them accountable. What did we do? We let them be self-accountable. Christ Almighty, the biggest suicide note in history. We are the fools.

Your last point is a good one. Tightening immigration for skilled jobs ie making it harder to move to the U.K., will benefit the EU as we will retain more of the “best and brightest”.

Not at all. Protect yourself and loved ones as best you can and try and make the best of the oncoming shitstorm.

Personally, after years of patriotically keeping my assets in Britain and paying full tax on them, I've now taken my IFA's advice and moved a lot of my assets offshore, limited my tax liability, taken long term healthcare for my extended family, (and once out of the EU, there are ways of funding it offshore avoiding HIT and Income tax) and I'd suggest you may want to do something similar. You have to take advantage of the opportunities that Brexit offers, even if you feel it is a complete disaster for 95+% of the people of Britain

If your business is doing really well currently then that's a positive and hopefully it will continue to prosper despite the prospects for the wider economy

Who was too bloody lazy and apathetic? I demonstrated, signed petitions, lobbied my MP (useless task as she is so blinkered) and voted for another party.
Don't confuse being elected for actually representing the country. Our FPTP system is flawed.
