- keep the union together
- negotiate all the necessary trade deals by the end of the year
- end austerity
- Improve infrastructure (that one is a bit vague, we need a bit of meat on the bones of that one)

I think that would represent quite a successful period in office, don't you? If he can also avoid doing a Blair and taking us into an unjustified war on false pretences, that would be the icing on the cake!

Actually probably best to allow the thickets to gloat and think we’ve actually just “got Brexit done”.

Then when everything dies down we end up quietly settling for a BRINO in a years time. Not ideal and worse than what we have now, but at least not a real Brexit.

If he can deliver, it would be a very successful period in office I would say. Depending of course on what the details of the infrastructure improvements are.

I just think it is a good idea to be clear on his promises so we can evaluate that performance later.
