What will the remoaners do now they can't rant at us any more on this thread?

They will sit and wait for the slightest thing to go wrong. Hoping and praying that it does because that's the way they are. Much better to do that than get behind this great nation and move forward together.

A number of very senior EU bods have stated pubilically that the EU is worse off without the UK in it. Strangely, I agree with them.

With that comment in context, you’ve shown your lack of understanding of the situation.
A family is worse off when a rebellious teenager cuts them out, but the rest of the family harmony is stronger.

I’ve never liked Europe. Not since I heard how Franco rigged the Eurovision Song Contest in 1968 to stop Cliff Richard winning. I only voted remain because I thought we still stood a chance. What a fool I was. I’m off to the seafront to make obscene gestures and unintelligible grunts in the direction of France (Once someone tells me where it is). Then it’s home to party like its 1973. That’ll show ‘em. You can stick your silly songs up yer jacksy.

Woaahhh boy, that kind of insulting personal attack is surely worthy of censure. Or you could withdraw it before its seen....

I suspect that in the 21st century this event is a minor one and that environmental and climate issues are going to prove far more important.

But from a democratic point of view I'm glad to see that the votes of myself and others in 2016 are being honoured tonight; hopefully many of those who didn't support this path will in the future also feel their opinions and voices count, because without that it's not easy to build a durable society.

The thoroughbred racehorse that has stood at the winning post for nearly four years is about to walk over it. The remainer donky fell at beachers brook and has hobbled to catch up, unsuccessfully. Awful! Oh well, never mind.............:timmy:
