Well, it’s simply not true is it. They have said nothing of the sort.

so you've not heard of Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base? you missed Macron speech in Greece where he advocated a european budget and EU Finance Minister? you are unaware VAT rules are already harmonised and directed by EU law? surprised, because its not been a secret.

I’m aware of all of this and it’s not what Bullshitting Two Professors said. The CCCT is currently just a proposal and a set of rules for businesses with multiple EU bases; it doesn’t set the rate “Corporate tax rates in the EU would not be changed by the CCCTB, as EU countries would continue to have their own corporate tax rates.” And given the way international business are exploiting outdated tax law in this modern global world I feel we need something like this pan-European idea. But sadly the UK will continue to be stitched up by the likes of Starbucks and Amazon when, or if, you leave the EU.

And VAT has a lower limit and allows for exceptions; this isn’t “one size fits all” as was stated......it’s just more crap from an increasingly desperate, and dim, leaver who peppers his posts with supposition and bullshit. And when he is called out replies in the way he did not with a justification but with jokey matey jibberish.

And all of this stems from bullshitting Two Professors claim that EU taxation is harsh which it nonsense as it doesn’t set rates.

Couldn't be bothered to wade through 7,000 articles on EU taxation policies, but the following might give a bit of an insight.Think it might have come from the 'Lincoln Pig and Slaveholders Gazette',published by the Rooney family.

If anybody watched the Brexit committee meeting with Davies you would have seen that he knew the sum of f**k all and as usual resorted to quips and laughing, embarrassing is putting it lightly.
Until he said that parliament may not get to vote on it as it may be too late, of which Teresa May then said the opposite.
And people on here think it's going well.
Brexit under this government who can't even agree what day it is, is going to be a disaster for this country, unless for the sake of the people, they all get together and sort it out, which will never happen.

If they screw up Brexit it really will be the end of the Tories

No one in the Tory party seems to be able to answer the question if there is to be a vote in the event of No Deal. We live in a sovereign democracy and parliament needs to be given the power to act

I think Davis was absolutely correct in what he said. The entire negotiations are at the mercy of the EU27 and, if they can't agree the deal between themselves, this process will drag on and on. Of course this goes against what May has said to parliament and he was told to go back and say it would be OK. We'll have to wait and see, but I can easily see this happening.

From Arron Banks's 'Westmonster' site complete with links to tweets by blogger Guido Fawkes. Very balanced.

Yeah, funny that.Couldn't find it in the Guardian,or any other lefty rag,and don't read the Mail (it's a bit agricultural for me).
