Not at all. Unless one wants to completely sell up, whether my house price rises or falls it is irrelevant. If one is moving, then prices balance out in any case. So what do you mean?

Unless they care about the country, their children and their children and then they might be fairly happy.

Why? Their house value may plummet pushing them into negative equity, they could lose their home, their children's future is greatly stunted, the NHS is doomed and their money is now worthless across the globe. What is there to look forward to exactly?

I completely disagree. I am a house owner and have been since the 90's. Negative equity primarily hurts those wishing to downsize or cash in. The house prices in this country are mad, if my house loses half its value I will still live in it and pay my mortgage off. That will be the case for the vast majority of people.

What? It is a fact. They currently do not need work permits. They now will. One of the key tenants of this vote was to stop EU nationals from working in the UK with permits or are footballers exempt?

You have to wonder why turnout was low in Scotland, Northern Ireland. They did not come out in force which makes me think referendums for them is not a priority.

Erm, I think you will find that all current EU nationals that are here retain their rights. It will just be the newbies that will need permits.Same as the Brits that are living/working in the EU.

I'm not sure of the legal bits and pieces, but I doubt we will start throwing people from the EU out of the country, and vice versa.
