:) Really. Call Me Dave has tried every trick in the book to remain under Barosso and Junkter.....do you know who they are? did you vote them in?. Dave has brought Obama over and STILL the vote is close. I suggest those that have no faith in this country, like to be led and bled, care not a jot about uncontrolled immigration....and do not realise that there is a world to trade FREELY with......are the scaremongers.

3 polls yesterday

Observer - REMAIN 42%, LEAVE 41%,
ORB - REMAIN 49%, LEAVE 51%
ICM - 43% REMAIN, 46% LEAVE

Remains slim only hope (economic argument) is simply not winning people over.
When the debate eventually shifts to immigration and lack of border control the Remain camp will be headless chickens

Plenty more lies and scaremongering in the remain camp yet. Hopefully the easily fooled will see through them.

I see a Remainer was lauding the french getting a 50 billion aus dollar contract for new submarines. Can't see this getting their economy out of the mire. The subs will be built in Adelaide,by Australian workers, using Australian steel, and fitted with American weapons and systems.Any profit from that contract has probably already been paid out in bribes-(google DCNS/Thales bribery trials).

I have no confidence in this defence. Assuming they won't try to bypass such an obvious rule this time, you think we'll get a national referendum to decide on that? No, it'll be a behind-closed-doors deal between Cameron and the EU. And I do not have any faith in his negotiating skills...

The deal will be done before you can say 'democracy'
Ultimate straw dog tactic. You conjure up a situation that has no basis in reality - what have Cameron's negotiating skills got to do with Turkey entering the EU for heaven's sake? - and then attack it. It's like me claiming the Brexiters want to abolish the NHS and attacking THAT.

It would appear that by voting to remain you could be voting for a roll back of the progress we have made on animal welfare ..... especially around chicken and egg production.

http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/apr/24/real-cost-of-roast-chicken-animal-welfare-farms

So if you quite fancy chickens being tortured then vote to stay. As a chicken keeper I'll not be voting to stay in an organisation that will bow to American demands in TTIP that would lower our welfare standards to theirs.
Ah yes, but if you're a gay chicken farmer you should vote Out. According to Boris anyway. Goodness.

1: *cough* CFA Franc *cough*

3: Not true: http://www.reuters.com/article/us-eurozone-economy-idUSKCN0XQ0WL

Other than that, nice FACTS.

ok. I'm away and wasn't aware that on 29th April 2016 they FINALLY recovered. Impressive performance - not.

CFA Franc is not a currency union. It's a currency peg. Fixed exchange rate which anyone can break if they want. Totally different to the EUROZONE. Can Grecce break its peg to the EURO? Er, no.

Apart from that, nice try.

CFA Franc is not a currency union. .

Yes it is. It's a single currency* that is used in 14 different African countries with no political union (including some with no colonial ties to France). It happens to be pegged to the Euro.

(*Note for pedants: Yes, I know it's technically two currencies - West and East - that can in theory split in value from one another, but in 71 years that has never happened, and they are in practice interchangeable.)

Did they have to have free movement within the zone?

Brexit Would Create 60,000 Jobs & Boost Economy by BILLIONS Says Employment Minister.

European Union (EU) legislation is costing every household in Britain the equivalent of £4,600 a year, the employment minister Priti Patel has warned. And she said that British businesses are being stifled by Brussels red tape, arguing that setting them free could boost the economy by billions of pounds. (Breitbart)

Just SIX per cent of British companies export their goods and services to other EU member states — but all must comply with stringent regulations, costing small firms dearly –

“It is a fact that while we remain a member of the European Union, our hands are tied and we are powerless to act on reducing the burdens of red tape,” Ms. Patel told an audience of business leaders in London.

Sensational! Brexit website says something in favour of Brexit!
If Priti Patel says something in favour of Brexit then it must be true. Unlike when the founder of Carphone Warehouse says (this weekend) that the the EU has been good for entrepreneurs, well, then he must be a lying Tory traitor, obviously. No balls either.

I don't know who you're accusing of having no balls, but in the case of Priti Patel I suspect you would be biologically correct.

I'm not accusing anyone of having no balls but the charge is one some of the loopier Brexiters like to fling around. Are you sure you're right about Priti?

It seems that anyone who has an opinion that differs from a Brexiter's is a liar or a scaremongerer or worse so here's a question for you. Yesterday, Sir Charles Dunstone wrote a respectful and unextravagant piece arguing that while he had built his whole career on taking risks he felt, and he gave his reasons, that Brexit was an unknown and unnecessary risk and therefore he was against it. The question: would you consider this hugely successful man to be a liar, a scaremongerer or simply a member of the easily-fooled classes? Alternatively, perhaps you feel that as an entrepreneur he must by near-definition be a greedy sod simply wanting to screw money out of the general public? Or could it be that he is an astute and clever person who just happens to have a sincerely held opinion that differs from yours?

But you have had the most powerful man on the planet attempt to scaremonger a yes vote and it has backfired big time ... thanks Barak please keep it going

Yes, I understand your point, which has been made before, but do you fancy a go at answering the question?
Yes, he (Sir Charles Dunstone) probably does sincerely believe that remaining in is the best way to keep his snout in the trough. Does that answer your question?

Well it certainly touches on the suggestion that many Brexiters have nothing but contempt for anyone who disagrees with them, so many thanks for that.
