On a purely factual basis I can report that I've criticised the Football Genius for his shameless deployment of this offensive term on at least two occasions. The fact that it's been on at least 2 occasions indicates just how effective my comments were. It's worth you looking up where the term comes from.(I did this for JCFG but I'm not going to bother to do it for you as well.)

I know what the term means i dont need to look it up, you dont need to look it up for me either.
Everyones a winner

Ive never heard any of the 5th columnists on here say they are offended by the label 5th columnist.
It is possible i missed it of course considering this thread is only worth checking in on every now and then

I don't know who he's referring to?

I'm given to understand that driving a camper van round Yorkshire crapping into a bucket for two weeks is the very definition of a winner amongst the West Durrington train driving community

I take on board your comments David and I thank you for not racially abusing me again.
Back in topic.. it seems that the UK economy is set to out perform the rest of the G7 in the next 12 months. This really wonderful news, don’t you agree?
Post Brexit Britain is booming [emoji636]

Is that "set to" as in all the requirements for it to happen are in place, i.e its really going to happen, or "set to" as in Turkey is set to join the EU, i.e. its never going to happen, but it suits Brexiters to say it?

Given your lack of citation, what do you mean by “out perform”?

If the econ9my of Somalia grew 70% while the economy of Germany grew 1% people might claim Somalia is “out performing” Germany. Not many would leave the latter for the former, though.

Yo Gammon. If you're racially abused on NSC, you need to report it

It's quite telling how people who have used all sorts of fruity/offensive terms to describe leave voters over the years are suddenly so thin-skinned and whiny... anyone would think the recent positive UK plc news has them rattled.

I assume that's the 'recent positive UK plc news' that Baker lite made up on the last page but doesn't have any source for :dunce:

If your ambition is to simply rattle 'people' on here it should be really easy

Simply put up a list of Brexit Benefits
Or an alternative to the unimplementable Northern Ireland Protocol that you voted for
Or a solution to the financial service business haemorrhaging out of Britain to the rest of the world
Or a solution to our inability to put in any Import Border Controls to stop smuggling, tax evasion and undercutting of British businesses

Any one of those and you would really rattle 'people' and stop these 'people' treating your posts as a joke :lolol:

The only offensive thing about "fifth column" in that context is it's misuse.

Ironically, the nation state that a fractured EU would most benefit, geo-politically, is Russia so there's a good argument for using it for Farage.

Maybe people get accused of stupidity because they use a term incorrectly and without considering that irony

The only relevant context on this thread is winding up people on the other side of the argument (the whole point of this thread apparently for about 3 years maybe longer) ... mission accomplished.

Even though it means trashing the UK's economy, putting a border in the middle of your precious Union, and losing thousands of jobs, businesses and industries to accomplish your mission including, it appears now, replacing Ppf in the only real job he's ever had, as NSC Village idiot :dunce:

Yeah, anything to avoid discussing the damage to the country your vote has created. Did you answer the NI question you have been asked about repeatedly? I may have missed it.
