Not my quality of life I'm eating away at.

You certainly wouldn't want to ruin your quality of life, on here posting on various accounts every single day from early morning to late at night :lolol:

And where's my bloody thumbs up on all my posts

Of course I am. All day, every day.

What ARE you prattling on about?

Steady
Apparently you came here to ease other people's anguish. You seem to have ended up annoyed and using unnecessary emotive language!

In what way do you accept you are 'eating away at the quality of other people's lives'? Not prattling, just curious....

I'm not. What I said, quite clearly, was that by living the past and moaning eats away at the individual concerned. Yep?

Nowt to do with a third party.

Precisely. Nobody is discussing leaving the EU or the referendum

It's odd, Brexiters really do still believe they're in some sort of perpetual fight on this stuff whereas the Remain movement hasn't existed in any form for a year now. Their fight isn't now against "Remain", it's against "Reality". And simply shouting at reality doesn't change it. It's similar to how Trump was completely unable to take on Covid, his idea of dealing with a problem was shouting at it on Twitter until it went away, but that didn't work with a contagious virus so he didn't know what to do. A large contingent of Brexiters now seem to be in the same boat, either shouting at reality until it goes away (which won't happen) or ignoring it in the hope that it will go away (it won't).

Ironically the dumb thing is the only way any serious "Rejoin" movement kicks off in this country in the short-term is if next year is a complete balls-up, something which the actions of the Brexiters themselves have made almost inevitable.

I think it is fair to say that those of us who voted to remain have moved on, we have accepted it's happening.

Why do you not like these problems being pointing out? Is it because this was mentioned from the very start?
Too right have I moved on.

I wanted a deal like non-EU Norway - or failing that non-EU Switzerland - now all that remains is to mark Johnson's coursework which is due in 3 weeks time.

Love the fact that Brexit Jihadhis believe people have to 'search' for bad news regarding Brexit.

Have you thought that if you got some friends, a job, a relationship (one step at a time obviously ) then you might not have to spend every waking hour on here, under your various accounts ?

Just trying to help

(PS. You haven't thumbed up any of my posts this morning  Maybe this one eh ?)

Whilst I agree you don’t have to search for bad news regarding Brexit, I do want to take you to task on your rather offensive & lazy use of the word “Jihadhis”, a man of your age should be a little wiser than that, otherwise do carry on!

“Jihadism (also known as jihadist movement, jihadi movement, and variants) is a 21st-century neologism found in Western languages to describe militant Islamic movements perceived "existentially threatening" to the West, and "rooted in political Islam".
