Bring it on Corbyn, let's have an election that you have screamed for, for three years, Oh you blocked that too, HATE FREEDOM PROJECT.
Of course, what we must not lose sight of while the patriots in Parliament fight to halt a No Deal, is that to restore true democracy we must also continue the fight to revoke Article 50 and remain in the EU. To do that we need a GE, on our terms, not Johnson's. As painful as it may be, get a Lib Dem government in place and stop Brexit in it's tracks Thus reversing the undemocratic and farcical 2016 referendum. This is the best chance we have of restoring some sanity and stability to the UK. Don't fret about "blood on the streets", as we have seen, all the leavers can muster are a few chubby skinheads in market stall clothing waving their arms at some coppers. So;
1) Remove the threat of a No Deal
2) Tory party out, Lib Dems in
3) Revoke article 50
4) Restore democracy and order to the UK and value to the pound
5) Put checks and balances in place to make sure Leave can never again lie and cheat their way to disrupting our nation.
What a tool.
But this is someone that actually wants to be seen as doing something, unlike May, unlike that shit storm Cameron. He's putting everything on the line with a no majority to try and see this through, yet still he gets blocked. He is blocked by anti democrats, these people should be hung out to dry. They are anti democrats, they have no right in Parliament. This is an utter disgrace to me, you, everyone here and the nation.
Surprise. One of the most aggressive posters on the board is against democracy and is quick to name call. Colour me shocked.
Let's try to minimise the hyperbole. People are not anti-democrats because they disagree with what you want. Everybody in Parliament has been elected to serve by doing what they believe to be best for their constituents. On this issue there happens to be massive disagreement about what is for the best. This was always going to be the case with an over-simplistic question on a massively complicated issue and a vote that was so close.
Whatever comes out of this debacle we will all have to live with each other once it has been settled and the demonising of those who disagree with us will lead to lines being drawn that it will be difficult to cross. I'm sure we all have friends or relatives who are on the opposite side of this issue from ourselves. Let's prioritise keeping those friends. After all, most of us feel strongly because we want what's best for everybody. This needs to be remembered whilst we're disagreeing on the way we should get there.
Thanks for the compliment but I don't think so.
I rather doubt you think full stop.
Fella the demonising, the general lack of manners comes from the remainers, not the Brexit. They also need to learn the rule of the ballot box wins. They will not win, not now, not ever, they will not take our democracy away from us. Ever.
The referendum result was not binding. On one day over three years ago in an advisory ballot , after a leave campaign made up of lies and illegal activity, slightly more people thought it better to leave the EU than remain in the EU. They’re wrong. Bin it.
What a great way to wrap it up, perhaps your commie friends should say the same in the house of commons. Oh they don't. Why? Because your comment is full of shit and lies just like your glorious leader.
You are a silly billy. If you weren’t such an angry little sausage I could grow to like you. Night night, Mr. Angry pants
Patronising, probably a lower form of wit than sarcasm. I expect nothing less from a sore loser.
No.
Set your anger aside for a moment and look at the bigger picture. All sides have complaints about what the other has done/is doing to try to get their way. Nobody has done anything that is undemocratic. Those in favour of a no deal leave have sought to get around the views of the opposition using unconventional tactics and the response has also been unconventional. Not undemocratic. Nobody is trying to take democracy away and when you use othering terms like 'they' you are talking potentially about some of your own friends, work colleagues, family members and Brighton fans. Nobody is 'they', we are all us. We are united on far more than we are divided and we should consider this fact when choosing our rhetoric.
Good luck to you 'Fella'. I'm off to bed.
Last time I checked , we still hadn’t left. Curiouser and curiouser
Why do people make up their minds I am angry, I am absolutely 100% away from that. Is it because their argument becomes more worthwhile? Do I accuse you of being anything? No, why? Because I don't have the audacity to call you out when I am not in your presence. To label people is a very weak argument.
I think it’s because you make impotent demands on an Internet forum and swear at people and call them names when they even slightly disagree with you and kiss the arse of anyone that agrees with you.
But I must away, last night on shift tonight and I need to get some bits squared away.
