I could only read that far because I'm not a subscriber.

This is a joke right? If so I applaud the subtlety of your many many posts. This is comedy genius.

If not, and all your playing the victim about the nasty remainers accusing people like you of being thick was for real, then you need to take a very long look at yourself. Being willfully ignorant of things really is the stupidest position anyone can take.

Plus the EU has that clause ensuring that no other trade deal undercuts theirs.

I head this a number of times from trade experts concerning the Japan deal, the EU would be in the negotiating room. Didn't see that on the side of the bus

I wonder what the average Brexit Party supporter's view is of Sinn Fein and their refusal to take seats because they won't swear allegiance to the Queen? It's basically the same thing when you boil it down, but I bet they regard it differently.

Would they? The Brexit MEP for the North West supported the IRA bombing of Warrington (which is in her constituency) and they voted for her in their thousands. Given that SF's policy is a united Ireland and the BP is pretty happy to see the break-up of the union, I certainly wouldn't take BP and SF as seeing things differently.

Good point, well made.

The WTO has rules about State Aid. Hunt is wrong to promise that.

Yes the WTO has rules. Who elects the World Trade Organisation? Can anyone name a single person who works for the WTO in Switzerland?
Yet, our leavers are desperate to leave the EU with no deal and operate under unelected bureaucrats in Switzerland.

You couldn't make it up.

Leave supporter calls James O'Brien to tell him everything will be fine at the company he works for post-Brexit. So LBC rang his boss and asked. The response? Basically that it'll be a shitshow.

And thus the denial and departure from reality of Leave supporters was demonstrated.

I for one hope Nigel Farage is prepared to try and prove them wrong. Keep smoking, Nigel. In fact, smoke more. Double the amount. Prove those ******* medical professionals wrong.

Farage and smoking is a good one - he dismisses the medical opinion on it, called cigarettes in plain packaging as 'utterly bloody barmy', called the smoking ban 'silly and illiberal' - because it just succinctly sums him all up in one fell swoop - experts, project fear, political correctness gone mad, nostalgia - the good old days/going back to how things used to be.

Great quote from Jeremy Hunt yesterday...

"I believe it is technically possible now" to find a solution to the Irish border, subject to political will in Ireland"

He will be revealing the newly discovered technology in NI today, what this space...

Nope, it seems he just thinks technology is the answer. He hasn't said what technology.

Yet.
