Wrong again. Half of Britain obviously does (just over half in 2016, more accurately) and just under half of Italy. There is no real appetite for this nonsense among the French and Germans. Indeed, the Germans like the EU as they consider it a buffer for any extremist crackpots to gain a major foothold in their own country - they are well aware of their own modern history you see.

In order of economic size, there is then zero appetite for among the Spanish, the Dutch or the Poles for it either. The Swedes are next, where a third of the electorate are thought to be sceptical of the EU - a significant number but nowhere near threatening a majority.
carry on convincing yourself you don't live in these country's, they'll all be looking on as the UK leaves the EU ,someone's picking up the tab for us leaving who are the lucky one's going to be ?????

Those would be the rules whereby to operate as an independent country we will need borders, customs posts, processes, tariffs and and stuff ?

Shouldn't we be getting started on it ?

The only country in the world trading solely under WTO rules... how does that work out for the country. Positively?
Explain to me how trading under WTO regulations works.

Have you read this?

1*c7jcuI8qwfZ4jF0Hb3rLbg.jpeg

For those of you not familiar with Mauritania, it’s GDP is $4,714million (0.2% of the UK’s), 50% of its exports consist of Iron Ore, and between 1% and 17% of the population still live in slavery.

So much for reduced job completion from dirty immigrants and increased wages, You’ll more likely end up in slavery.

Tick tock, we are on our way…

we go back with a different submission:rolleyes:

DR

Well the submissions we made 2 weeks ago were basically (please can we carry on with what we had as part of the EU), so there maybe a few 'different' submissions.

But you know that we can't for another 90 days because we have to take into account any issues raised by the other 164 members, don't you ?

But on this simple first one, how much do you think we should reduce our quotas on lamb and beef, and should we compensate our farmers for the cuts to exports ?
