Indeed.

Tick tock...?

Seriously. The country is about to suffer all manner of unnecessary hardship, and dickheads like this think it’s funny. Like scoring points, and ‘winning’ arguments on the internet, is actually the important thing. What an absolute tosspot.

You really are a ****ing moron.

And this will be my parting shot as it’s time for travels.

I see you lot have reverted to type. That superior intellect really is shining through ... :lolol:

WHO CARES, we're leaving the EU we HAVE TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS FOR US
regards
DR

You are being very simple here.

Something has to work, or exist, in the first place before it can work for us specifically.

We cannot say we have to make this unicorn work for us, as opposed to the EU, because no such unicorn exists. First of all we have to make a unicorn, and for that we need to work with the EU and the magic fairy from the bottom of your garden.

Not revelling but it would be ironic if we ended up with the hardest possible Brexit thanks to a combination of EU intransigence and Remain manoeuvrings in parliament.

.........Desperate remainers busting a gut to de-rail Brexit and hinder our negotiations at every step. Well, that's certainly happened - and as a result we may be heading towards a No-Deal (WTO) deal......................you couldn't make it up!

They'll never actually believe it's their fault, though; they're more intelligent than leavers :)laugh:) so they must be right!

You could, and just did

Not sure that's accurate. According to Charles Moore, her official biographer Mrs T did think we should leave she also told other people the same.

Well he would say that :)

The fact is she had very nuanced and sometimes surprising views.

Not something you could easily apply to those on right of the current Tory party.

Privately dismissive, publicly pragmatic - her legacy is that left the whole thing unresolved and a time bomb waiting to go off in her party.

More accurately she probably wouldn't know which way to vote.

Its the hardcore fantasist brexit MPs looking to derail May's rational and pragmatic 'red white and blue brexit means brexit' brexit plan.

You have the sane Brexiteers, Gove, Rabb and Fox et al, all on board, but its still not good enough for some with no grip on reality.

That's their prerogative ,we just walk away with a NO DEAL,no more bullying from them , let them slope off and suffer because they will suffer in the long term , BYE BYE EU :)

DR

So you want us to be poorer? That's what will happen if we leave with no deal. Even this hapless Tory government admit that. And actually the long-term projections, for example carried out by the IMF, state that WE will be poorer over the longer term when compared to the EU if there's no deal. Two years ago there were legitimate reasons over sovereignty in the referendum but no-one voted to be poorer. It's a great big mess.

They quoted on the news today that when asked what percentage of the UK are muslims?, the 'guessed' answer varied depending on whether you are a Brexit Leaver or Remainer.

Leavers thought 24% of the UK were muslims.
Remainers thought 10% of the UK were muslims.
The actual percentage of the UK that are muslims is 4%.

Onboard but sitting in the life boat. They don't particularly like it the only reason they are going along with it is because they think it makes it likelier we will leave with some type of deal that could get through parliament. Assuming the EU even give this 'rational and pragmatic' plan the time of day (doesn't look likely) they will ring out even more concessions at which point I expect they will also jump ship.

To be fair to Ppf, he thought it was only 20%

But he had to take off his socks and shoes before he could get to that figure

Which cloud cuckoo land are you living in? Attempts to de-rail Brexit............Gina Miller and the House of Lords, not to mention most of the Commons and the mandarins of Whitehall, who have been trying to make us negotiate with our hands behind our back are all 'hardcore fantasist' leavers? OK, beam yourself up when you're ready.

Going back through the thread they have held every position imaginable and been consistently wrong about almost everything .. mainly spouting ill-informed nonsense. We certainly haven't been blessed with the supposed more reasoned intelligent types that remainers are meant to represent demographically speaking. :D

Or maybe NSC accurately reflects the proven statistical breakdown of voters and you are simply too stupid to realise you have.

Statistically speaking, it's the more likely explanation.

I was talking about May's rational and pragmatic 'red white and blue brexit means brexit' brexit plan, currently being derailed by brexit fantasists.

Gina Miller (stupid woman) and the House of Lords (stupid unelected old people) have been trying to arguably derail it. Now we have Brexit fantasists joining in too. Well they have always been there and are the original derailers by having been effectively derailing brexit before it even began by conjuring up ideas of Brexit which could never be fulfilled.

You really don't understand all this, do you? Yes, I know you think you do, but it doesn't work like that. We know you voted to remain, but just because you don't want it to happen.......oh never mind. I've got a life to get on with.

Yes - you have a point. After all you have ppf pushing on your side of the scrum. We can't match that!
