Surely there needs to be another election, if ever there was a lack of confidence in a government it is now. This government is a shambles.

On the one hand good riddance to a smarmy prick who proved that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. A chancing spiv who was all bluster with nothing to back it up. Should have gone months ago.

On the other hand, what a mess. Or rather, even more of a mess. There have never been a more clueless bunch of self serving knobheads in charge of our country.
This, with bells on.

Brilliant, that would solve it. Swap one bunch of clueless dickheads for another bunch of clueless dickheads. :ffsparr:

Good. Hopefully it won't be a hard Brexit, the country can unite and move on. I for one am totally fed up with it. There is a World Cup on and it's coming home!!

The country can unite once Brexit is properly done. After all it's what the MAJORITY voted for.

Fair point.

It can, but it won't. After all, it was only the majority of those who voted, many of whom have changed their minds.

The one thing that leavers and remainers can agree on, is that the whole thing is a complete shambles, caused by lies, deceit and illegal funding.

Unfortunately Brexit is extremely challenging. Both main political parties are not in agreement with themselves let alone the opposition on how best to approach it. I think your point is true, either way, there would have been a similar shambles.

It is a great pity that the party which ended up in power, did not have a coherent strategy for implementing Brexit. Had it won on a clear platform regarding the way it would bring about Brexit, we may have been in a better place. As we have seen here, Brexit is the most controversial and polarising political issue for our generation, it cannot help that those actually charged with making the policies and carrying out the task, are deeply riven themselves. Remainers and Brexiteers working 'together'. It just hasn't worked.

I believe it maybe because this Brexit may become a sell out in terms of having to have very close ties to the EU without any benefits.,and not a complete breakaway which a lot of people wanted.

Betrayal means betrayal.

Proof if ever it was needed that the Tories will do whatever they need to do to keep their fat cat mates in global business happy.

Not that the Tories (and their supporters) in the Labour Party would have done anything different.

Time for a revolution, democracy is pointless.

This. And....none of it is remotely a surprise. Sadly the labour opposition have the same plan - negiciate with nebulous waffle for a deal the EU will never agree, then stagger into a hard Brexit with no deal in order to fulfil the 'will of the people'

That wold mean two parties whose manifesto would be 'we will negociate a Brexit deal, and if we fail, its hard Brexit' versus one party whose manifesto would be 'let's have another referendum in the hope we can reverse the Brexit decision'.......(the latter party being one that has failed to have any traction with the electorate for 100 years).

That'll work.

Wow, so because you might not get your way you're calling for the overthrow of the system.

It’s 3 out of 5 of the ministers in the Brexit dept. SO yeah, reasonably big. She’ll try to blag it off, but (IMO) she’s now clearly on borrowed time,

This whole clusterfvck has been caused by raminers undermining the democratic process and warning to stop Brexit. The Tories made a serious mistake with May as leader. I’ve never rated her and she’s confirmed my views of her incompetence. The makes CMD seem Churchillian.

I hope we end up with a Brexiteeer in No 10 & 11. Sensibly plan for WTO/No Deal and then tell the EU what the terms are. If they want to negotiate in good faith then OK. If not, then their choice. But we can cut back on our sharing of Five Eyes data etc. If they want to play silly buggers over Galileo etc.

No, it was caused by your vote. Another prediction we got right: Brexiteers will blame remainers for the inevitable foul up.

And still, it's everyone else's fault eh! So very, very predictable.
