blue passport will be a badge of shame

You and others that feel this way hopefully wont get one then, its not really fair for us to allow bed wetters to travel abroad and whinge their way around the world moaning like buggery, sets a bad image.
If you lot hate it so much, simply dont get one, plenty of nice places to holiday in the UK, travelling abroad is prob not for you anyway if your head cant function.

I do enjoy it when people refer to those who advocate Remaining as "losers" for two very good reasons.

1. They genuinely don't seem to have grasped everyone loses through Brexit, one way or another. Even fishermen.
2. Young people overwhelmingly want to Remain, so demographics dictate we'll rejoin sooner or later anyway. Brexit isn't sustainable.

Brexit logic

It is isnt it.
If you truly believe as you do that a blue passport is a badge of shame then you are clearly a bit unhinged, you are not really fit to travel and quite possibly a potential burden on the country you are travelling to.
Best dont get one, stay home and get better. My thoughts and prayers go out to you for your speedy recovery.

It's partly why the verbal exchanges carry on from the 'winners' too, despite having 'won' - it's a bit like in boxing - the winner only carries on the pre-fight verbals if they've unexpectedly won, thus having to justify the victory and as a result are potentially going to have to face a re-match sometime-or-other - the exposure and unintended scrutiny that comes with that unexpected victory bring real pressure and pressure isn't sustainable.

“The UK passport is an expression of our independence and sovereignty – symbolising our citizenship of a proud, great nation. That’s why we have announced that the iconic blue passport will return after we leave the European Union in 2019.” T May. = embarrassing brexiteer bedwetting.

Isn't life a bit short to be so anxious about the colour of a passport or even a few swivel-eyed loons who get excited by it?

I'd agree with you but the swivel-eyed loons (your words) appear to have taken over the country. (And of course they were the ones who brought up the whole passport thing in the first place.)

It's funny. I've noticed how our Brexiteer friends tend to frame our relationship with the EU as a zero-sum game. Perhaps it's more than a coincidence that Donald Trump has the same approach to international trade (and to life in general, I suspect). I might of course be wrong - or simply a bad 'loser'. The problem with this position is that it becomes self-fulfilling - eg trade wars (Trump) and EU negotiations. And then the advocates of this approach tend to find their initial position proven (or at least supported) by the evidence that they have initiated.

You realise it was the Brextremists who creamed their underwear over the blue passport yeah?

Yet It's the Remaniacs on here who seem to have the crusty undergarments on this issue :lolol:

If there's one group sadder than people who are really concerned about the colour of the passport it's people who genuinely get upset or angry about them.

It should be blue but also emblazoned with the portraits of swivel eyed loons and pyrrhic victors from history, then stamped with the words 'that our nation is better than everybody else, and we voted to impoverish ourselves to prove it.'

Yep
There is only one side that repeatedly references blue passports, frequent post endings such as " at least we have got blue passports".
Its hysterical how they have got their panties in such a twist over this. How is it possible for them to get so triggered?

Ok especially for you someone who can't grasp not winning you can be a runners up. That seems much nicer than being labelled a loser

If you say so. Most people with fishing connections I know of have been resigned to the inevitable on all this for some time.

Of course they've been resigned to it. People like you are making bloody well sure that they don't get what they voted for. People that find a democratic vote and result hard to stomach.Shame on the lot of you.

Final realisation that in the finest of British traditions ... the will of the majority will be respected and enacted?

As the day of leaving draws ever closer so the hysteria, bedwetting increases.

It's this week's hysteria love in. Don't worry it will move onto something else soon they are just trawling for bad news which always seems to rebound back on them. Still waiting for their promised economic Armageddon just under 2yrs later when all the usual suspects said it would happen straightaway. Now most of them are deflecting it to after we have left. Must be a bind for them all

How have I made sure the complexities of the CFP for over 40 years coupled with the complexities of leaving it for both ourselves, other European countries and those of our overseas territories, mean that UK fishermen wont get what they were promised/thought they might get in 2016?
