Bored of the snobbery around beer (in general, not aimed at the OP).

Some people like Lager. Some like Ale. Some like a combination of both. Some like cider.

Each to their own and all that, but my god the pretentiousness around it is so, so dull.

It's a fantastic IPA I adore the stuff.

Ain't cheap at £5.60 in some places although I've heard it's £5.20 in the new hare & hound.

Hope it tastes better than it reads.

If you were going to like it you would have tried it by know Tom. You would probably have friends who drink this type of beer. So I'll answer your question for you and it is for many many people..yes...oh yes.

Sainsburys sell it for a bit less than £2 a bottle

It is a load of pretentious gibberish that should be ignored, what's in the bottle is more important than the ramblings of the brewer.

They have been doing a special on the double sized bottles at £ 2.50 apparently. Sold out in Worthing because Socialist Sid emptied the bloody shelves and then told me about it.

What's he doing drinking this imperialistic tidbit of an ale? Would have thought a Party Seven would be more his style.

Is this a genuine label? I've bought plenty of bottles of Punk IPA and never seen this wording before. Is it new?

Thankfully, what's in the bottle is one of the best IPAs around IMHO.

Just having one now. It really is bloody gorgeous. Cheers. Just to hijack this thread HT but have you had this years Dark Stars Seville. They have toned down the orange twang and it's pretty good. Had it in Craft before the match yesterday.

I'm currently enjoying a bottle of Chimay Blue and that has a load of tat written in franglis on it too, can't fault the beer though .

I think this particular wording is new, but they've always done this kind of anarchist punk rubbish on their bottles. It's a shame that their branding is so annoying as their low percentage beers are amazing! Scottish though, so what do you expect?!

You cheeky posh prawn sandwich!

Even us grafters are allowed a beer these days and my god, Punk is the best I've tasted.

It smacks your chops with vigour and vibrancy that a ladyboy would be proud of.

Reading this thread has made me open a chilled bottle and it truly is the beer of the gods, and I have Questions to thank for introducing it to me. It is just truly fantastic.
