I'll take a draw at Brentford now after watching that display.
No he'll be walking in with an extra 25k a week in his back pocketwill hogan be walking into the Brentford training ground a little red faced in the morning.... be a good decision if he does
No taking draws.....only losers take a draw before kickoffI'll take a draw at Brentford now after watching that display.
I think we will win 1 and lose 1 this week so hope it is Brentford who beat us out of the two we are playing.
If Villa go down this year or next would they be the biggest team in recent years to have played in League 1? I can't think of any others bigger. Villa are definitely bigger than Dirty Dirty Leeds despite what their deluded fans might think. Did Newcastle or Man City drop to the 3rd tier?
Steve Bruce agreed; said something like "we can't keep thinking we can buy ourselves out of trouble". Righhhhht.Villa pony.
Villa spent time in the third tier (how I hate calling it that instead of division 3!) in the 1970s too. We beat them in a classic at the Goldstone, Willie Irvine goal!Massive spent 5 years in Div3 in the late 70s .
