He has been, but you have to get the key decisions right. Maybe a bit anal here but not only would it of meant Wednesday would have even less chance of getting something from this game, he would have been banned for their next three. He could score the winner next week when he should not have played.

If a player is not booked, and it's violent conduct like Coke was clearly guilty of (deliberate stamp, then going to fist the player still on the ground) - can the league punish him with a penalty after the reviews?
