It’s to do with a promotion for reduced guest tickets prices. I can’t recall the specifics but it’s a % off for the first guest, hence why everyone has one unique code

If you would like to bring a guest to the Brentford game on 27th December you can use the code to get either £10 off an adults ticket or £5 off a concessions ticket.

You can either purchase on their behalf and apply the code at checkout or pass the code to your lucky person to do it themselves

Is this still live even with exchange tickets?

No, I would not expect it to work on the exchange as these are only able to be sold at full adult value regardless of who the ticket is for.

To be fair I think there were only 2000 discounted tickets available and the code was released at the same time as they went on general sale. I guess they were not anticipating that they would fly out the door.

There may still be some ‘club’ tickets that would accept the code if you look in the SW corner for example…. But may have missed out due to the 2,000 tickets thing.

TBH mine didn’t work either so I phoned and they sorted it there end

Was able to use my code for Mrs S and the boys code for Ms S which got me £15 off.
