Brentford pubs

Not been to Brentford away before and heard that there is a pub on every corner of the ground? Not sure if this is true?

But me and a couple of lads thought it would be quite cool to go for a pint in each pub before kick off if they're not to hostile!

We did that for the game up there in the play-off season.

Yep just checked and its been turned into flats.

One has closed I think.

There is a cracking pub on the River near Kew Bridge.

No, the back of the pub looks over the river and has big glass windows at the back.

You can step down onto the river bank itself at the back.

You go down a road to the left of Kew Bridge, and turn left along a road that runs along the river.

I must have drunk in nearly all of the pubs around there. I would heartily recommend the Lord Nelson. Very friendly locals, TV, good food and beer.

I remember the pubs next to the ground being "Brentford only" and missing out on having a pint. A pint or two would have helped because we always seem to lose 4 - 0.
So which pub do we think then?
