weekday breakfast is a quick protein shake down the hatch and if i have a spare 5 mins cheerios/weetabix (although weetabix is a nightmare as the bowl even has to be cleaned before i leave the house to prevent it being stuck to the bowl.)

weekend breakfast is bacon sandwich, sausage sandwich, beans on toast, egg on toast, bagel, muffin, croissant with butter & jam, OJ, coffee, tea etc whatever i fancy...

what do you have at the weekend that differs from in the week?

Toasted English Muffin with butter and lemon curd this morning...

Toast and youghurt and fruit on weekdays...

Why do you have a protein shake?

Whats happened to the Full English on a Sunday somebody must still have it. As a child on a Sunday we always had egg and bacon but my dad also had mushrooms and that really got to me now I will have mushrooms with virtually anything.

because i go to the gym and have protein with every meal. and its easy and quick in the morning. also some say those who have protein in the morning keep fat off better than those who dont (i'd imagine because protein keeps you fuller for longer and uses more energy to digest.)

You should take in your protein AFTER the gym not before.

Gruel...I mean, porridge nowadays.

Up till last year I would have some sort of cereal for breakfast (mostly Weetabix or Cheerios).

I have two bottles of wine instead of the usual one.

There was a famous killer (can't remember who - anyone?) who used to get up at 5am every morning and cook himself a full roast dinner for breakfast, which he'd wash down with a couple of bottle of red.
