Not been myself but I'm told that the Café Traditionale on Chapel Road is good value for money.

Muldoons have also just taken back control of the café on Warwick Street. It was good when they had it first time (not cheap though) but went downhill when it became Wrights and then Thieves Kitchen Café.

Not Worthing, but is the very greasy spoon still opposite The Sussex Yeoman, Durrington?

Easily the best fry up that I've eaten.

Their inch thick, lo-cal, diet fried slice just melted on the tongue.

It must have improved then, was pretty dire about 7 years ago.

Coast just along the beach just past Steyne Gardens is also very good, especially if you want a good sausage. All local produce and they have just expanded the building too (but not the kitchen, which is obviously impact the timings of service)

Two on my list to try, because they look good, are:

The Vintage Tea Room at The Dome Cinema

Crab Shack, on the front by Splash Point

I've yet to be truly wowed on my hunt for a good breakfast in Worthing.

I'm yet to try the Crab Shack but I have heard very good things about it from people in the office. I believe it's also owned by members of the same family who run The Beach House on the seafront by The Dome which, by the way, do the best burgers I have ever tasted. Not an exaggeration. They also did breakfasts a while back but alas, they stopped serving them and focussed more on lunches/dinners.
