On current form neither Ince nor Holla are good enough as DM. I would hope to play a better DM and push Holla further forward unless Agustein can come good. Oh to have Stephens back.

"The former West Ham and Liverpool midfielder's scheduled debut in the under-21s away to Charlton tonight has been abandoned.
Diarra, 33, has been delayed after returning to France for the weekend and will not now feature in tonight's match at Ebbsfleet FC (7pm)"

Thats a blow but if wanting to secure a contract why not make sure he vcould get back, there must be loads of flights from France to England or even channel tunnel.

Why are we wasting our time with him if he cba to play because of a delayed flight? Unless he's not landing until after kick off it's a poor excuse.

So you are on trial trying to earn a deal after being out for however long, but fail to get back for a game that could earn you that deal. Sounds like goer

Maybe it's a cover story, and he was only with us due to Sami, and Hyypia is currently getting the boot?

*Wishful thinking*

Sounds like bullshit, surely someone at the club would go nah if you can't be arsed don't bother, unless of course someone like maybe Sami has said he is worth the wait (jobs for the boys).....

In which case, I don't want him near any kind of transfer fund if one is available in January.....

Or was told he probably wouldnt be getting an offer of a deal so thought at 33 years old why should I bother.

Or the prospect of playing in our reserves in front of 8 men and a dog in Ebsfleet knowing he's going to have to play in at least 2/3 more before getting near the first team squad finally brought him to his senses?
