Just deciding on travel tomorrow, bus or p&r. Never done p&r before. Any tips on what one to use and how busy these tend to get, what time to get there for etc?

There is a good chance they will be extra busy tomorrow! Coming from Worthing Mill Road would be your best option. To play safe I personally would get there for no later than 1pm. Better to be early than late. Stress free and all that!

Bus, I believe everybody from out that way is using the 700? No need to pay just flash your smart card at the driver. Again, could be extra busy. Football fans and shoppers heading into civilisation here in Brighton. :)
