I must have watched a totally different game last night as although we were poor at times there was very little between the teams and it could have gone either way. Can`t understand the amount of people who thought they outplayed us.

But anyway good luck and i hope you go up.

£7.40 for a round of four drinks in Wrexham too, marvelous scenes before the match, a shame we were then toilet for the next two hours, we were too embarrassed to cheer when we won it was so undeserved.

We were incredibly poor for periods last night. By us being poor then yes, it didn't make it too hard for Wrexham to appear to outplay us even if all the stats may say different. The worst aspect for me was the amount of passes going astray & CMS looking lost on his own up front. The last issue has been apparent for a while though & nothing new.

Thanks to the OP & good luck to Wrexham for the rest of the season. We dodged a bullet last night. I also dodged a bullet too. I was tempted by the 3/1 Half time/Full time score for the Albion. I left it too late to get it on. Phew.

We had 3 out-and-out strikers on at the end, how many shots did they have?

I stayed up until 3am to watch the game last night then had to get up for work at 5am, we were indeed shocking and I was really impressed with how organised Wrexham were.

I headed to the game expectnig the kind of anti-English abuse we get at Cardiff but was very pleasently surprised to not hear any. Wrexham are much better advert for Wales than that other mob. Great atmosphere without being nasty and no bad feelings at the end. Great job and good luck with promotion.

Off the top of my head, Toby had at least four, Barnes two and CMS one. Why?

It's an area we have struggled with recently, with games amounting to no shots on target at all, I was unable to watch the whole game yesterday so was curious. I see from the match stats that we had a total of 7 on target and 8 off target.

Wrexham deserve all the praise they get, their suporters were magnificant. How many teams will bring 2000+ to the Amex this season? they are what football is all about, supporting your team. Yes and we were lucky, c'est la vie.......................

I think both sets of club's have mutual respect for each other.. We have always had a soft spot for Brighton and you can tell why.

You would never have a team in our league hardly celebrate when putting one past us. Pure respect on your part and didn't take us for granted.

I can still see why you are a good team, your abaility to get the ball out of tight spaces and deadly precision. Very quick on the counter too.

What did you all think of Morrell's goal? not bad for a 36 year old eh?
The best player on the pitch last night, he must be choked......him and his team couldn't have given any more.

Just wanted to comment on what a great thread this is - in the right spirit of this beautiful game. The way Wrexham played, they deserved respect and it would have been no disgrace to have to lost that match - regardless of the gap in league positions. The FA Cup is also a great leveller.

I read Desmond Lynham's article in the Argus entitled 'Don't hate Palace' - and I agree that hate has no place in football.

I don't hate Palace - I just want Albion to beat them. By a lot. Every time we play them.

Does that include the 5 pens?

Hi All.

Just want to say what a club you lot are.. you were so graceful with your win.

When Mackail Smith slotted the winner there was no taunting just a fist in the air and I thought that was extremely respectful. Especially when all your players came over to Joss and give him a pat on the head.

I wish you the best of luck in the future and I am hoping that we will both be in the same league at some point ;) back to back promotions for us!

Go on Seagulls!
Nice touch but cringeworthy!
