Hi mate.

I go down to visit my GF in Bournemouth every other week.

I usually book via Booking.com: 86000+ hotels worldwide. Book your hotel now! and if not at the weekend, i.e friday or sat night...I get a good deal...usually about £40-50 for the two of us including brekkie.

Matters what your after, but if its on a budget...I can reccommend Durley dean hotel or Merrick Park Lodge.

Premier Inn at christchurch is also not bad as a cheapo.

Steer well clear of any Britannia hotels, especially the Roundhouse....absolute DUMP!

If you find somewhere and want to ask my thoughts...fire away mate.

Am probably going to book The Cavendish Hotel, reviews look good and is reasonable in price and location is good. Have you stayed there ?

Stayed there 2 years ago with 23 other golfers.

More of an upmarket b & b really.

Nice place, great breakfast, town not too far away.

You could do a lot, lot worse.

Girlfriend and I stayed in B&B called the Topaz Hotel (Topaz Hotel)

Nice place and very reasonable prices, depends what you're looking for.

Be wary that there are quite a lot of stag do/hen parties in Bournemouth this time of the year (I was on one this weekend), so perhaps hotels that don't allow these parties would be better for you.
