Have we really? Maybe you're right, but I'm not at all optimistic. 'boro have just lost against Rotherham and Charlton, but I still can't see us overtaking both them and Hull. The last two games have been too depressingly cautious.

Over the course of the last 10 games, only Burnley have better form.

We have a huge chance.

Yeah, but our first 4 games of those 10 were wins, we haven't been as good since then. Our form over the last 6 is average.

Over the course of the last 6 games, we drew away to Hull, drew away to an inform Preston, drew at home to Sheffield Wednesday and lost away to Cardiff. The other 2 games, we won 4-0.

The games we dropped points in were very tricky fixtures. We wont have a harder group of fixtures this season. I'm hoping the blip is over and on comes another set of wins.

We've got plenty of tough games left, including Burnley, 'boro and Derby.

'boro are a shambles right now, but they've got plenty of time to sort that out before we go there for the last game of the season. Hull's cup distraction is behind them.

We playing Hull 3x this year? Boro could well be out of the running for top 2 by he time we play them on the last day and rest their best 11.

Having just had a quick look at their one Boro forum, what a bunch of defeatist fans. Yes they've hit a tough patch but second is still well within their grasp. Silly sausages.

No different from this forum then. A couple of 0-0 results and the doom-mongerers are out in force, laying into the team like we've lost 10 in a row.

It's been a massive achievement for us to be where we are. We've now got an opportunity to really make a push, against ALL the odds.

Agree, just been having a browse, close to a total meltdown

This is typical

HEARTLESS, PASSIONLESS, CLUELESS,BORING DRAB, a disgrace to the Boro shirt.

If Steve Agnew is left in charge till the end of the season, we will struggle to make the play offs, he doesn't HAVE A CLUE.

FRY a young kid thrown to the wolves by Agnew, his confidence must be shot after the last 2 games hang your head in shame Agnew you clown.
GIBSON lost without Ayala, outmuscled again for the 1st goal.
LEADBITTER done nothing again just a workhorse who produces and creates nothing.
DOWNING £5.5 million big time Charlie waste of money whose done nothing for months.
NSUE Can't even beat the 1st man with a cross.
RHODES prolific striker isolated up front trying to feed on long balls and scraps wasted by this club.
FRIEND not the same player since injury.

De LAET dropped to the bench for doing nothing wrong.
FORSHAW dropped to the bench because assistant Agnew has no bottle.
STUANI 6ft 2 striker wasted on the wing.

For us to still be 2nd in the league(not for long) this league must be garbage.

Similar, except it's basically all of them rather than the same few mongs that love a moan up on here.

To be fair they've just lost to the bottom of the league. If we'd had their string of results plenty on here would be calling for Hughton to be sacked and Bloom to "get rid" of half the team.

Given the last two results and the manager unrest Boro fans have every right to be worried and a bit pissed off don't they?
