John Barnes born in Jamaica
Owen Hargreaves in Canada
Matt Le Tissier in Guernsey
Graeme Le Saux ditto
Terry Butcher in singapore

Le Tissier wasn't the most mobile of players so you would really have to build your attack around him. He was also around about the same time as Gazza, who was a far superior player (when fit)

Nigel Callaghan of Watford was Capped by England at B and U-21 level.
He was born in Singapore.

Craig Johnston was called up for the Full Squad and capped by Englad at U-21level, he was born in South Africa but raised in Australia.

Brendan Batson of W.B.A was Capped at B Level for England and was born in Grenada.

Mich D'Avray of Ipswich was born in South Africa and capped by England at u-21 level.
