Having worked on government IT projects until I couldn't cope with the waste and incompetence any more, I would have no faith whatsoever in the Government (or the parasitical consultancies they use) being able to provide a technical solution.

Having experienced the public sector, I'd have to agree.

Government and technology? They still use IE9!!

Fair points all but this is the future of international trade. Investment in this technology is unavoidable if we want to be part of the trade chain. Counterparties in a Blockchain managed deal will be reluctant to trade with a country that cannot participate. We have an opportunity and it is of rather bigger significance than in or out of the EU.

I love Boris, we all live in a Boris wonderland, a Boris wonderland, a Boris wonderland. I love all the commies hating him. He owned Corbyn from day one. Seriously, what's not to like?

Like he owned the voting public with his Boris Bus. He will be judged on results and not indulgent fanciful policies promised on a whim and a prayer.

The small matter of getting their time-sensitive exports to the EU without British roads might be more of a problem,as their economy will go tits-up in 5 weeks without a bilateral deal.I don't think a Dublin airlift is feasible!

Fair point. Ferries from mainland europe to the Republic if all else fails.

The Observer hates Corbyn more than it does Johnson, I don't take notice of any poll whatever it shows

I think the Observer (and the Guardian, which is the same stable) hold them both in equal contempt.

Suck it up you commies

Nope, me neither.

If you clearly understood the manifestation of communism in history (which you clearly don't) you'd be very worried about the way politics is going in this country.

Alternatively, you could be of a far right persuasion where anyone you disagree with is either a communist or "other".

I can't decide.

Either way your King is pro-immigration and freedom of movement. You fool.
