Bored bored, fuckin bored....

The title says it all really, Friday afternoon stuck at my desk - stuff to do but no inspiration. Just want out for the weekend.
Roll on 4.30 - and possibly the pub to lift my spirits.

Anybody else in the same "almost the weekend" rut?

Same here, fortunately I get to leave at 4, but that is still 39 slow minutes away.

yup.
i am waiting for the wife and kids to arrive, they finished school for easter last week and everyone appears to have forgotten to tell the time already. the weekend starts with the glorious m25 and m1 and had they arrived this morning we'd have missed rush hour. oh well.

time is dragging.

Bored here too. Even toyed with the idea of knocking one out in the loos but I've had a few beers so really can't be arsed to be honest.

I've taken a very low level executive decision - i'm going at 4. A colleague is going to cover, so i'm meeting the missus and we're going to the pub. Mother-in-law is going to have the little-un for an hour. Already I feel brighter..

I'll see if I can stand it till 4.30, might leave a bit earlier. Pub by 5.30 for 2 or 3 Kronies, then back home for a curry and Kung Fu Panda.
