Nope. And I for one am very happy with that situation.
Ive seen alot of negative comments about these two, most of it totally unjustifiable.
I urge everyone who hasnt listened the the latest podcast, with SG talking to BB and DW, to do so.
It answers almost every question anyone has ever asked about these guys and having heard it in full, I have total respect for them both.
Muppets they aint!

Yes, I know it sounds daft, but he actually meant French-speaking African-born holding midfielder... in the mould of Makele, Essien, Zakora etc.

Hmm.

Nice that someone redresses the balance of opinion, even with one voice in their favour.
Personally I see the anti comments as uninformed, by people who have no clue but like to whinge at someone, anyone, and have the shite stick. They perhaps see that as their only hope of adding weight or power to their dullard mudslinging.

However, not to bow and scrape either, they do a job they are supposed to do - or get tae fook! Apparently the backroom and squad feel for them otherwise they'd not have lasted here. Great - I hope they influence Russell Slade to do good things and stay here doing that.

I'm glad, White brought in players that pretty much saved our season when he was thrown in at the deep end. Much underrated member of staff

So long as the decision is made entirely by Russell Slade, I am more than happy for both to stay in some capacity.

Those who believe Slade cannot be questioned on his decisions regarding release of players should accordingly also trust him on his retaining of White and Booker (if they are retained) and therefore stop moaning about them. It's always been uninformed rubbish, it's worse if it's hypocritical uninformed rubbish.

summarise the pod cast, I can't understand why Booker is deemed indispenseable and someone who has potential and contributed over the last few games ie Loft, is dispensable, please explain

I dont think anyone is indispensable really. Loft is unlucky in my book, not to get at least a year but its RSs decision, as is his decision not to change the backroom staff. If he had someone better, BB and DW would go and they are under no illusions about this on the podcast. In RSs eyes Lofty can be replaced by someone better.

The manager has said "that both of them will have a part to play in the club". Isnt that enough ?

Our manager used that line in a recent restructure. Except for both read all and for club read organisation The end result was 5+ people being made redundant.
