Clearly you are not familiar with the process - all clubs do the same. We didn't own Selhurst, we only bought it after we had come out of admin. Zaha was 16 at the time and worth very little. St. Johns were paid in full.

The administrator did a fantastic job.

no not all clubs, some live within their means. yes, your administrator did do a good job for you, shame he f***ed so many others in your community doing it.

These threads are funny, with clueless supporters (myself included) talking about millions of pounds like it's pretend money. When a bid gets rejected by a club saying 'not for sale at any price' or 'offer isn't even close to true value', for all we know the the chairman could have tossed a coin.

20 hours and counting.

Bolton have gone back witha £7m bid.

This must be brilliantly unsettling for the squad this evening

Not good news are end. Bid not accepted but looks like he wont be playing tonight. Expect him to go but not to Bolton.

I thought he wasn't going anywhere as he had a 5 year contract?

How can is possibly be 'not good news' to get £7m+ for an unproven and inconsistent player - who is, however, clearly already better than the team he is playing in?

I never said that.

Palace can't afford to turn down 7million for one of their players.

I think we will accept £7million.

Its not good news because i dont want him to go :( He is not our best player. Clyne is but i agree, he is prem quality.

If he's £7m, what on earth does that make Buckley worth?!
