I got a back of boiled sweets for Christmas. They are nice enough, but I find that the top of my mouth only withstands a couple before it starts to get sore.

Rhubarb and custards are immense, but I went pear drops. Used to get loads of them as a kid – as well as toffee crumble (not a boiled sweet, obvs...).

What about Werther's Originals – where do they fit in? Are they 'boiled'? Love them too :)

Hi
I have the sweet business at the Amex, Stadium Sweets, from the poll we already sell the two favourites! Our boiled sweets are quality handmade ones so if you haven't tried them do so they are good!
We have again the kiosk on East lower where we can hold more stock so if anyone has special requests we can get them organised for you from there, just ask at the kiosk. That also includes some sugar free sweets. I have a shop, Cuckfield Candy Store, so we have a lot more varieties sold from there.

Chocolate limes for me, with sherbet lemons a very close second.

So I've been feeling poorly these last few days and so Mrs Crodo did the daily trip to the newsagents to pick up our copy of the Daily Star and a bottle of red top. Being the star that she is she also bought me a quarter of Everton Mints. What a hero Mrs Crodo is.
