Spurs have completed the £2m deal to sign Brighton striker Bobby Zamora.
The 22-year-old was paraded at a White Hart Lane news conference after the formalities of his move from the Seagulls were tied up on Friday morning.
Spurs have been linked with Zamora for more than a year and boss Glenn Hoddle watched the England Under-21 international in action on numerous occasions last season before moving in.
But Brighton chairman Dick Knight accused several Premiership clubs, one of whom was believed to be Spurs, of tabling "unreasonable offers" for the club's most valuable asset.
Spurs finally agreed a fee on Thursday and Zamora was swift to agree personal terms with the club he supported as a boy.
It's started... this is making me well up, seeing our Bobby wearing that Spurs polo top sitting alongside that wanker Hoddle Doesn't seem right somehow
