BZ's name was first mentioned in connection with West Ham earlier this week. I think it would be a good move for him to get some games and get his confidence up.

Only let him out on loan though - I'm still convinced he will score goals in the Prem in the not too distant future.

i reckon he'll get two if he starts , one if he gets brought on!

I honestly hope Bobby goes on to prove what a good player he is.

He will always be a Albion legend in my eyes! I still have dreams about his goal against Bury a few years ago....:D

Must remember to place an order for the Zamora DVD. Perhaps someone should send David Pleat a copy!!

Good idea.

Though suspect Count Von Count of Tottenham Towers prefers viewing of a slightly, er, spicier nature.

Reckon Bobby will be on the bench tomorrow, on for at least the last 20 whether Postiga plays well or not.
Not sure whether I feel confident or not, though Spurs-Man City in the FA Cup always has a nice feeling to it ("Ardiles Ardiles - Villa Villa, Ardiles - so much skill, so much style - makes you happy, it makes you smile", etc etc. . .)

Wonder if any Leeds board members will be in the crowd, trying to buttonhole either of the two Robbies, Keane or Fowler, begging them to waive money they're owed. Desperate stuff.
Moaning is a due right and privilege of all football fans, but I do count my blessings I'm not a Leeds fan at the moment.

I am sure Leeds will get a buyer sooner rather than later. At least they haven't got a chairman who wants to burn their main stand down for insurance money....

Ah, of course.
Was living (arduously) in Palace territory during those difficult years (when they were also afflicted by various dodgy directors of their own), so only recently been coming up to speed with the full extent of the trials and tribulations of the Albion and its false leaders.
I guess the majority must be on the whole behind the current board though?
While I appreciate it's often difficult to love and support football directors, just like politicians, estate agents and journalists. . .

Today’s ‘News of the World’ has a story about Spurs making a bid for Jermain Defoe by offering £4 million plus Bobby Zamora.

High up on the South Downs.
I'm certain Bobby will eventually make the grade in the prem but it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't go out on loan to West Ham.

Incidentally, Damien Hilton (who once headed the ball over the bar at Meadow Lane) was a far more talented player than Ashley Neal who was surely part of a reality tv show that was never screened.

West Ham would be a good move but he supported Spurs as a boy hence why he signed for them. So would he go to one of his rivals???

As much as I'd like to see Bobby do well and score goals if he went to West Ham, people forget who their manager is. That git Alan Pardew. I wish the worst on his career, I can't stand Pardew, It would be horrible if old foe Bobby Zamora was the lad whose goals took West Ham up and made Pardew a Premiership manager!
