A while back I had a lot of fun playing a game called Epic Spell Wars of the Battle Wizards: Duel at Mt. Skullzfyre

Failing that, get them hooked on Texas Hold 'Em

My family are big fans of Kings of Tokyo and Carcasonne - I can't recommend Pandemic enough - if you haven't played it. The object of the game is to beat the viruses before they become a pandemic, players work together to beat the game.

Boggle and Risk are my long time go to games. Risk often ends in arguments over changing allies during the game and has resulted in the board being flipped twice by an irate player who feels shat upon over the years. Useless game for just two though so won’t be playing that. Most board games are pretty useless with only two players though
