He fears our away support.

I think he fears everything about us the way he has been carrying on. He`s said that they cannot afford to lose this match and its make or break time. Already threatened to make wholesale changes if they do come unstuck. It all indicates to me a fellow who is running scared ( did they spend a lot of dosh pre-season ? ) and feeling the pressure big time.

This makes them look ridiculously tin-pot. They were playing in the Championship last season and now they are treating playing us like its their cup final!

Along with their managers comments about the team being 'pansies' when playing away from home- makes them look a bit of a joke!

I can't see that GJ is under any real pressure right now - they are joint second in the league, and scoring for fun. They are letting a lot in, which he needs to address, but things look pretty good for them.

They've kept their entire Championship squad together, and will be top three no doubt.

Having said all that, I think he's making a mistake this week, and is maknig too much of this one - putting too much pressure on his team, while Lord Gustavo goes quietly about his preparations.

I`m nervous about this one but then again I was like that at Charlton. I learnt a lot about the side that day. This game wont settle anything in the greater scheme of things, but 9 points above them ? mmm nice.

I think it's a strange ploy by their manager. Surely his players should be up for it anyway? So isn't all he is doing just increasing pressure on his players.

What he should be doing is spending more time with his defenders teaching them how to defend!

Foolishly I am more optimistic about this game than I was going into the Charlton one.

The only thing I hope is that we don't get tempted into defending too deep as the game goes on. We did it at Tranmere and if that had been Posh there is no way we would have escaped with a point.

I'm sure Gus and the players will have learned and will try to keep it moving forward and having GG back is a real bonus but it takes real discipline not to fall back too far under pressure.

The more I think about it the more I reckon he might just start with Kazenga with barnes playing a little deeper just because they won't be expecting it

Love this comment from a Posh fan:
This makes Peterborough look like an incredibly "tin-pot' outfit. A cup final against Brighton in October?! Has Johnson gone completely mad? I think he has lost all perspective of the size of the football club. Posh are not a conference side hosting a Premiership side in the FA cup. No doubt Brighton fans will turn up in their thousands and and get behind their team vocally without the need for Poyet to give them a helping hand. Very embarrassing if you ask me.

Never a truer word was spoken.

I really hope we beat them even more now- would make Johnson look like a complete idiot.

The bluest and whitest colours in the land will not raise a single decibel. It matters not which particular shirt you wear - get in there, make some noise. They won't counter that.

Peterborogh have always been really quiet. I don't expect it to be any different on Sat. Lets really get behind Gus and the boys and spoil their cup final!
Up the Albion!

I know it is tacky but it is also harmless. Yes, making a huge noise is the most important thing but a few flags, balloons and flares (I wish) always makes it a bit more interesting.
