It would be but they have to give a valid reason for stopping you or they could get thrown off the force if a complaint were to arise.

That's rubbish, though, Fatboy, cos they just lie and make it all up anyway. The phrase 'thick as thieves' comes to mind.

Mate of mine got royally stitched up by the police a while back when out for a night in Covent Garden. Cop car accelerated towards him, no siren or lights, he jumped out of the way and shouted "wankers", but they screeched to a halt and nicked him for being drunk and disorderly. They pinned him to the floor and left him with a boot print on his back.

Of course in court they said that he jumped out in front of the car and started shouting abuse at them. Mate got a conditional discharge. Wankers.

Not all, but a hell of a lot of bizzies are thugs. Of course this is a sweeping statement, but you do get the feeling that rather than beating up someone and getting arrested, policemen beat someone up and then do the arresting.

Friend of mine got arrested for having "two wallets" and was thrown in the cells for hours.

He went to Covent Garden to buy a new one and got stopped. The Police didn't believe his story, they arrested him on the basis that one of the wallets was obviously stolen.

Irrespective of the fact that he only had his own cards, they hadn't seen him acting suspiciously any other way or the fact they could have easily verified the story by going to the stall where he bought it - they nicked him.

He's not English and had only been in the country for a few days. When a solicitor finally arrived she went balistic at the Police who had absolutely no evidence against him and he was immediately released. The police acknowledged he was innocent but didn't apologise.

I asked him why he didn't make a complaint, he explained that the Police in his country behave like that all the time and he thought it was usual.

Since when? Of course, the Police always hold far reaching and fair enquiries against their own, don't they?

I remember being worken up by loud thuds on my door, it was two in the morning in the morning in the Angel area, I only a couple of people in London at that time, so I dismissed it as a idiot.

The thuds continued, the bird wanted me to open the door, but the thudding confirmed to me that the best thing was to ignored it.

BANG i heard my door go in, as I jumped out of bed, my bedroom was filled with Coppers.I was pushed up againgst the wall.

The bird was interviewed and checked about me beating me up.

It dawned on the Police they had the wrong man.

They aplogise.

They left.

My door was in pieces.

I was still naked and I bet the female coppers had a laugh.

All cops are TWATS. FACT.

couldnt agree more!! around my area the met treat teenagers like shit, the other day two coppers were walking down the pavement toward me, and as i went to walk round them they forced me into the road. wankers, was stopped the day of qpr last year as well,, for 'football hooliganism' cos me and my mate walked into victoria station with henri lloyd on and my mate has a skin head. they did name checks and that, and because they couldnt find anything on us, they kept us for half an hour questioning us, checking if we were confident we knew our names, depsite the fact we had given them id, they then managed to miss a firm of 30 palace fans that stated on us jus down the road. :censored:
