Saw this earlier and must admit I did a bit of an Alan Partridge shrug! I really didn't think a lot of Blackpool when I went there quite a few years back. All very run-down, seedy and grim. I did smile at the tweet which said something along the lines of, only Blackpool Tower could catch light during the wind and rain of a storm...
