It's too late to sort it out now, but you will surely be entitled to a refund for the tickets.
And being as it's pay on the gate, you won't lose out, buy tickets at the ground.

Speak to the club in the morning, they can arrange for you to collect at the BFC ticket office.
Mate of mine has always used this excuse upon plotting up at away grounds, claiming the club never sent his tickets and consequently being printed a set of 'new' ones free of charge. Classic.

No idea if they're open Sunday but that is his only chance. Only other option would be to buy one up there and hope to get a refund for the original ticket.
