Newcastle probably although Chelsea may sneak a cheeky bid and snatch him from right under Sheikh Utd's noses, and he'd be happier at Chelsea for a start.

Biss is another player who needs the occasional pat on the back, saying how good he's doing.
Sometimes he lacks confidence, so he's better off staying at the Albion where he'll be looked after.
Newcastle and Villa are no bigger clubs than the Albion IMO.
We could be pushing for Europe next season, so he might as well stay.

dont agree with that. Biss is the complete package and doesnt strike me as fragile in any department. He had a slump for a bit after Jan but other than that he's normally the best player on the pitch .

Massive hole to fill when he goes

The rumour mill says the "big" clubs don't want him while the investigation is still pending and that he wants to go to a London club as he wants to live in London. Based on that I'll say he'll go to West Ham.

I could see that. Especially if Rice goes this summer.

Chelsea have quite a strong hand in that role, I think they may just also grab Gallagher back.

He's good, but not RM / Barca / PSG good. Lets keep some perspective.

If he was available for free, i think those clubs would definitely be in for him. And to be honest I think he could make the grade at those clubs.

West Ham would be so underwhelming (for any player). I’d be disappointed going there, even though I’m far too old and far too shite at football, but I’d still have to turn it down.

Biss should seriously consider something like Cambridge United, where he’d be a big fish in a small pond.

Either Spurs or Arsenal, whichever of the two finishes 4th. If Man Utd weren't so phenomenally shite, I'd suggest they might have a chance but there would be too much pressure to build a team around him (and it didn't work with Pogba) so I'd think a big London club is surely far more tempting for Bissouma.

I think he'd be ideal for Man United. They are crying out for a player like him. They are so open in the middle in the ground he covers.

I think he will go to Newcastle

Difficult to tell, really.

Clubs like Newcastle and Villa (and arguably Spurs) might be more keen on splashing more money in this situation

On the other hand, he is good enough for a big team.

Manchester City needs to replace Fernandinho and that would be a logical move but I think that might be the only club out of his reach. Barcelona or Real Madrid are unlikely unless he has some kind of EU citizenship somehow. PSG don't really need him and Bayern would probably struggle with salary demands.

In the end I think the most likely new destination must be Manchester United. Pogba and Matic are leaving and McTominay is pretty average. They will probably have to sign 2-3 central midfielders in the summer and I wouldn't be surprised if Biss is one of them.

He's absolutely PSG good. PSG always carry a squad of players to fulfil their different obligations. A player they could pick up for €40m who could absolutely dominate every Ligue 1 match, while one of their star names has a day / week off is always going to be attractive to them. IF he fits in and progresses as well as he might, he'd soon be starting in their biggest games too. You can't have a whole team of show ponies - someone has to do the donkey work - and he's already better than Idrissa Gueye who fulfils the role at the moment.

Add that French is his first language, and that he seems very keen to nip back to France (Lille) at every possibly opportunity, and this is not for me, at all far fetched.

I would not understand this move, yes more money, but win anything ?
Surely Biss has higher aims than living in or around Birmingham, he can get into all the teams in the Premier League no worries, I could see him fitting in nicely at Arsenal, but think a move abroad is his destiny.

Chelsea can't buy him, Man City and Liverpool won't, anything else is a side step with a pay rise.

I hope that when he does go, he does so to further his career rather than just further his bank balance.

In England he is only going to get a realistic chance of winning the CL at Man City or Liverpool (Henderson isn't going to last forever and Klopp is an "arm around the shoulder" kind of manager he probably needs). Other than that it's Barca, Real Madrid, PSG, AC Milan or the old lady probably.

Man Utd is a car crash club. He won't win SFA at Villa or Newcastle. They aren't really any better than us - they just pay higher wages.
