some thrilling group stages. particularly Group C where custard creams came out of nowhere to claim second spot.

Anyway, here's the draw for the quarter finals...

QF1

Chocolate Digestives Vs Bourbons (Clash of the chocolates)

QF2

Hob Nobs Vs Jammy Dodgers (Jammy nob anyone?)

QF3

Maryland Cookies Vs Fruit Shortcake (Brash Americans Vs Homely Brits)

QF4

Fox's Crinkle Crunch Vs Custard Creams (Lots of Cs)

So, onto the first choc-tastic Quarter final
who's it going to be?

CHOCOLATE DIGESTIVES VS BOURBONS

I suspect this one will be the tightest matchup, and one whcih could be settled by the odd vote.

I can't make my mind up. I may need to test one of each with a cup of tea at around 11am.

Well, well, well. 5 each after my vote for the choccy digestive.
The bourbon is good but the explsion of flavour that happens in your mouth after biting through a freshly dunked choccy d is heavenly and takes the plaudits in this round.

I have a feeling we could be watching the eventual tournament winners in action here, although Maryland Cookies might well have something to say abut that. They've certainly got an easier quarter final draw.

On a train...
I'm very surprised this is currently so close. I would have thought the choccie biscuits would have strolled this one.

Just like the Robot Wars, I went for style, control, damage and aggression....

The digestive takes it.

Given your answer in the previous round, AP, I am forced to conclude that you are only choosing milk chocolate digestives and ignoring the claims of the real champions, the plain chocolate digestives, and are therefore a racist pig.

it seems people are going for their own chocolate preference so FIBA have decided to let this one go. It is after all the biscuit we are interested in and not the type of chocolate used upon

but anyway, WHAT a match! two heavyweights slugging it out. thrilling stuff

But I've voted for bourbons, because of my hatred for milk digestives. If you are changing the rules, you better change my vote as well. The refereeing stinks, BTW.
