Think of it this way. It must be rather discouraging for Middlesbrough and Burnley to know that whatever they do, if we win our next four matches, one of them won't be going up automatically! Must be depressing for them really............
Very positive outlook!!

Both know that they just need to win their remaining games to go up as well.

Same boat.

It looks like the teams that bought expensive strikers are going to get the automatics unless we can win all of our 3 remaining games.

If we only get the chance to score points in 45 matches that will put us at something of a disadvantage.

They're in the same position.

It is starting to look like we will have to beat boro. I was really hoping blues and Preston would do us a favour. If burn and boro draw then we will almost certainly have to go to boro and win. Darn it

It's one game ... Boro and Burnley were both a lot better than we were vs forest the other night. .

Us Vs Forest was 'one game'.

'Boro and Burnley have ££ multimillion strikers to get them to where they are now.
They don't 'look' good, they play just as average football as most other teams, except they've got a couple of diamonds up front who will score on most occasions.

This was a bad day.Yes we all thought Boro had 3 points in the bag before kick off but then for them to win two games
in a row like that was too much.Perhaps Birmingham could have kept Burnley at bay but it wasn't to be.

Goal difference is going to be really important. If we win tue and Burnley and Boro draw then we are still third.
Preston v Burnely and Boro v Ipswich are the games we have to hope they drop points but
we are always playing catch up.

Boro fans at the moment are thinking; if we win 3 of our remaining 4 games we're up no matter what. Or if we win 2 out of 4 we're up if one of the wins is against you guys. Or lastly if one of the wins is against Burnley then 2 wins and 2 draws would guarantee us promotion.

Personally speaking the Burnley game is the most important remaining to get points in, not only for our promotion hopes but so that ginger scowling co(kwomble and his opinionated animal miss out to yourselves.
