The club don't give a stuff about the fans any more. I still haven't got my cashback for buying the new away shirt. I haven't even had a reply from the email I sent over a week ago. I'm going to phone them on Monday and demand the money back from my smartcard. It may as well be in the bank making interest.

Contact Paul Barber directly. He'll get it sorted.

Birmingham commentary isn't cutting out. Could someone persevering with ours post if it ever works properly.

I've switched to the Birmingham player too ... for those complaining about our commentators, don't! At least it's not cutting out

FFS my Bose headphones cut out when the battery is low. I've just changed 3 batteries. Poxy commentary.

I realize I am normally on my own with my views, but I happen to think it's a very solid looking starting line up, strength and experience in the middle of the park with Buckley, Lopez and Ulloa providing the attacking options. Can't see why people are so down on the side, I think it looks decent.

I agree with you there, Kev. The latest craze on NSC is to say that Crofts is useless, so if he starts, we must be bad, apparently.

It's great that you have a direct contact with Paul and he's so enthusiastic about helping, but is there actually an official technical support channel for player networks so we can report issues on matchday when you're not around? I found an email address on the site, but that's not too helpful as it has a 5 day turnaround time and always results in "There's no problem at our end, have you tried rebooting your PC?"

I have asked this question before. Apparently 'Player' do not have the staff to monitor every game for every minute.

The problems fall into 3 categories:

1. The BBC team at the ground
2. Their link to 'Player'
3. 'Player' itself.

Mostly it is 1. and is sorted by Paul kicking bum, which I can assure you he does. It is 2. occasionaly and is normally cured by re-dialling the link.

It is rare to be 3. and this is probably the most difficult for the club to control.
