Yes. When will people actually start to realise that there isn't going to be a like-for-like Caicedo replacement? We will just have to learn to play slightly differently.
Yes, and RDZ said as much in his presser... that we'd have to take fewer risks in passing as we're now at greater risk of counter attack if we lose the ball

Let’s hope he gets a decent run in the team and not dropped
I think we all need to recognise that there is no longer a first XI - it’s a squad and horses for courses and rotation to ensure everyone gets a break and can seamlessly drop into the starting XI, ensuring that players aren’t playing with injury.
Having said that, he’s a tremendous asset. I hope Chelsea are choking on his success with us.

Gilmour alongside a destroyer type like Caicedo/Biss has great potential, every slight weakness a destroyer type has Billy has got nailed and vice versa.

The coaching involved is quite remarkable, every player seems to have that distinct belief when they play under RDZ, so many players have transformed mentality wise since he took over.
