Quite a few people seem to think this is to do with Bernie Ecclestone, well to a certain extent it must do but only because he has his fingers in every F1 pie he can.

But this is a lot more to do with the British Racing Drivers Club (BRDC) who own Silverstone and pay a large sum of money to Mr Ecclestone every year for the privilege of hosting a Grand Prix. The man in charge at the BRDC is none other than Britain's last F1 World Champion Mr Damon Hill OBE who can be contacted at damon.hill@brdc.co.uk should anyone wish to send references for Mr Archer.

So, if somebody came over to you and punched you square in the face, for no reason at all.....your response would be......

Providing someone asks "Mr Archer, how much of your proposed investment comes from the sale of other sporting locations such as the Goldstone Ground in 1997........" I don't really mind. But the bastard should be made to feel uncomfortable at the very least.

That's why the FA should have at least issued him with a banning order for directorship. That would at least be picked up by the press now e.g. unfit to run a football club, should he be trusted wth F1's family silver?????

sorry but thats bollocks, what if we dont get falmer and we end up going out of business? whos to blame? thats right...Archer & his muppet and dont tell me you wont be bitter about that!

Some people in this thread need a reminder of what the hell...and it was HELL...we went through all those years ago, certain things in life you can move on and forget....but i'm sorry this bloke and his reign is something that should NEVER be forgotten or allowed to get away with again.

I absolutely hate the see you ent tea

He is on the planet to make as much money by whatever means he can and bollocks to anyone who tries to stop him. You would expect a sensible blagger to latch on to some low level scam, out of the spot light, but this w4nker loves all that part of it too. F1 is drowning in money with the likes of Ecclestone involved and the tosser from Fucus can't resist getting his snout in the trough.

Miserable motherfucker. I hate the bastard and , No I don't want to "get over it". The tosser still makes my fkg blood boil. You can "move on" if you like, but I plan to fulfill the promise I made him. I will be laughing my fkg socks off the day I attend his funeral.

Gone for a drink now. Goodnight

So someone steals from you at work and then you find out he's going to work for someone else. Wouldn't you want to warn them of his dishonesty?

I have done it when I have sackeda barmaid/man for stealing stock from me by giving away drinks. If asked for a reference I tell the new employers why he/she left.

I'll consider moving on when I can watch my local team when it's raining without getting soaked. I often think of that **** when I look around Withdean and when I hear we can't afford to buy such and such a player, or that players don't fancy coming to Withdean.

The twat's legacy is still with us, why the hell should I get over it?

It may seem hard, but thats the way it is,archer and bellottie are business men who sadly didn't give a shite about the fans and the club. From there point of view it was about money. If we went bust now its not there thought as its 10 years and things have been in our hands or should i say the government mmmm.

I do believe there is a few million kept by in a trust fund after the sale of the goldstone towards falmer. You know the saying,it takes a stronger club to move on than to keep looking back.Thats what we have done moved on and its time for many of you to move on and stop being so bitter:whisky:

Im sure he is laughing at the fact we are still homeless, but who gives a fu--ck what he thinks.soon we will be laughing:drink:

No, it is not irrelevant. I have to sit in a shithole 'stadium' watching a youth team lose thanks to Archer. Never let it be forgotten that he nearly destroyed our club in order to make a quick buck. I don't think anyone is "beating themselves up" about it either, what a patronising comment. But this is a thread about a topical news story involving Archer, of course people are going to comment about what he did to us.
Yeah he nearly desroyed our club agreed, the goldstone wasn't excactly an oil painting.I loved the goldstone too and it was very sad to see the ground get run down so badly:angry:

You can't judge how we could be doing if we was still at the goldstone,my opinion is that we would be seriously struggling their unless we had some funds. We couldn't really develope the goldstone due to residents,i dread to think what the capacity would have been now, prob about 8k:glare:its all ifs and buts as usual.

Its all sad but true,fu--ck archer and the rest of em:tosser:

Not at all, it is up to a company to satisfy its employees and implement its own security policies
