The most dangerous are what I call 'constant drivers' - ones who drive 40 in a 60, and then maintain that speed in 30s oblivious of whatever is happening around them.

This is carried out normally by old gits in Micras and other small cars.

Cyclists who bitch and moan that cars need to "watch out for them" yet they never seem to stop at red traffic lights.

Middle lane drivers

Absolutely - they cause a bottle neck and Middle Lane Hoggers breed more Middle Lane Drivers because other people think that if they go into the slow lane they'll get stuck there.
